Owing to the unfolding situation with COVID-19, the Vectaire Group has taken steps to keep both employees and customers safe in accordance with Government advice. We are continuing to be fully operational in supporting our customers on new designs and enquiries through to progressing orders, production of equipment and product delivery.

We are operating at normal working levels to maintain support for our customers. We are available, as always, by 'phone and email, and we can also undertake remote meetings. This will enable us to maintain communications whilst minimising contact, thus helping to stop the spread of the virus.

Our Sales Force will therefore be continuing to assist with your enquiries, designs and quotations, and our office based staff will not only carry on providing an efficient service with telephone help, but also with ensuring that orders are progressed efficiently through the systems.

We all look forward to the time when we can meet face to face, but in the meantime the Vectaire Group will support all its customers with their ventilation requirements.
