Typical specification
Supply and install a Vectaire MF250H2C high pressure duct fan for toilets, bathrooms and shower-rooms, utility room or kitchen supplied by Vectaire Ltd, Lincoln Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, HP12 3RH. This fan must have an integral humidistat, two speeds, and be capable of being boosted to its maximum speed by means of a pull-cord. If the humidity has reached a pre-set level, the fan is to start and is to continue to operate at low speed until the humidity has fallen beneath the pre-set level and the timer has completed the over-run period. Pulling the pull-cord override will boost the fan to its maximum speed. Pulling the cord again will make the fan revert to its low speed and to being operated automatically by the humidistat and/or the over-run Timer. The sound level on low speed is to be so low as to be nearly inaudible. This fan is to be suitable for installation either in a ceiling or a wall using 4”/10cm or 5"/12cm ducting. The fan should be complete with an anti-vibration gasket. The fan should be made of shockproof and heat resistant plastic, contain a motor mounted on sealed, self lubricating ball bearings and be protected with a thermal cut-out. Fan to comply with all Regulations requirements for installation into a toilet, bathroom or shower-room.
